Our Holy Father of the Festive Season - a tyrannical enforcer of Christmas Values, Saint Nick controls the Naughty and Nice list, judging every action on the server. He demands obedience and loyalty, and promises the full force of his wrath unto those who don't align with his view of Christmas. Originates not from the Catholic Canon but from the long-forgotten Tylerist religion.
Santa Craubs
The second half of the christmas institution, ostensibly impartial and benevolent. Administrator of server matters. Claims to be a champion of the h religion, and seeks to conjoin the christmas institution and hism in the minds of the serverpeople. The Last True Tylerist.

The Grinch
A malevolent and treacherous entity possessing the corpus of the once-innocent Illary. An agitator for revolution and for the violent destruction of the christmas institution. Diametrically opposed to christmas values.
The Grinchpilled
The Grinch's followers. Seduced by its rhetoric into joining the revolutionary movement. (Mostly) condemned to the Naughty List.

The grinch can gain grinch points by subverting the christmas institution and its values. When she reaches 20 grinch points, she will steal christmas. Server members can impede the grinch's efforts by stoning her.
With the 25th passing successfully, Christmas succeeded and the Grinch failed, with only 0.5 points to go. See the Second Christmas Tribunal for the details of this event.
Presently, the threshold for entering the nice list is having a ranking of 6. This is subject to change.
Members can rise and fall in their ranking based on competitions, random events, and game nights.
Members of the nice list will be granted boons and the favour of the christmas institution. Members of the naughty list will be persecuted and disenfranchised. The exact boons and persecutions will fluctuate.
Members will ascend and descend in the ranking based on the judgements of Saint Nick. He is unpredictable and cruel. Gaining his favour is key to ascending in the ranks and maintaining your position. This can be done by embodying the christmas spirit and practising christmas values.
